- API Configuration: The security and proper configuration of any custom API endpoints you set up

4. API Integration and Third-Party Services
Quick Scan & Go allows you to configure custom API endpoints (GET/POST requests). Please note:
- We do not control or monitor your API integrations
- You are responsible for the security of your API endpoints
- We are not liable for any data breaches or issues related to your configured APIs
- Third-party services you connect to have their own terms and privacy policies
- You must ensure you have permission to use any APIs you configure
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Quick Scan & Go is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- The App will meet your requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Barcode/QR code scanning will be 100% accurate
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
Important: Barcode and QR code scanning accuracy may vary based on lighting conditions, code quality, and device capabilities. Always verify scanned information before taking action.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Scan & Go and its developers shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Damage caused by your use or inability to use the App
- Damage caused by incorrect scanning results
- Issues arising from third-party API integrations
- Data breaches related to your configured API endpoints
7. Intellectual Property
Quick Scan & Go and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Update or modify the App at any time
- Add or remove features
- Discontinue the App with reasonable notice
- Modify these Terms at any time
Significant changes to these Terms will be announced through the App Store update notes.
9. Termination

- Immediately cease using the App
- Delete the App from all your devices
